1. Insurance & Liability: Unless specifically requested in writing and itemized in our official quote, Marine Cargo Insurance is NOT included. Luacee Freight operates strictly as a Freight Forwarder, and our liability is limited under international shipping conventions. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay to the cargo. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer according to the specific Incoterms agreed upon for the shipment (e.g., EXW, FOB, FCA).

2. Quote Validity: Due to fluctuating ocean and road transport markets, quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. All rates are subject to space and equipment availability at the time of official booking.

3. Exclusions (Unless otherwise stated): Our quotes exclusively cover the transport services explicitly listed on the official quotation document. They do NOT include:

• Destination customs duties, taxes, or government fees.

• Port storage, truck demurrage, or container detention fees caused by customs delays, border issues, or consignee delays.

• Delivery Order (D/O) fees at the destination port.

4. Cargo Specifications: Quotes are strictly based on the weight, volume, and commodity details provided by the client at the time of the request. If the actual cargo dimensions, weight, piece count, or commodity differ at the time of pickup, Luacee Freight reserves the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly.

5. Payment Terms: Unless pre-approved credit terms have been established in writing, all freight and transport charges must be paid in full prior to the release of the original Bill of Lading, delivery of the cargo, or handover at the destination border.
